Echeveria elegans

Echeveria elegans, commonly known as Mexican Gemthe, is a widely cultivated foliage plant. Its leaves are round and oval, with short tips at the top. The leaves are thick, and the colors have white and light green, and some edges are purple, which looks very beautiful. The inflorescence is high, the top is curved. The flowers are bell shaped, and the colors are yellow and red, which has high ornamental value. Its small and compact plant type is very suitable for potted plants. It can decorate the balcony, study and living room. It is deeply loved by everyone.
It likes  sunny, dry and ventilated environment. It will dormancy when the temperature is above 35 ℃. The ambient temperature in winter should not be lower than 5 ℃, and the watering times should be reduced during dormancy and winter. Most of its varieties have a large number of leaves and are arranged in a compact manner. Therefore, spraying on the leaves should be avoided as much as possible when watering. Otherwise, accumulated water will be formed and the leaves will rot.
