Chlorophytum

Chlorophytum is a genus of asparagiaceae, which contains more than 100 species. These plants are mainly native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Africa and Asia. Most of them are perennial herbaceous foliage plants, which are now widely planted all over the world. Their leaves are slender linear, very similar to orchids. They usually grow under indoor light, but they are not cold resistant. They can grow and bloom normally when the indoor temperature is above 12 ℃ in winter, but they will grow slowly or even die if the temperature is too low.
