How the PlantStory Buyer Referral Program Works

The PlantStory Buyer Referral Program aims to provide a reward mechanism for members of the PlantStory community to help us expand our community.

How to Participate in the PlantStory Buyer Referral Program?

Step 1: Share your invitation link with your friends.

Go to Settings ->Click the Referral banner > Share your invitation link to your friends by copying and pasting the link or directly forwarding the link to social media platforms

Step 2: When your friend clicks your link and completes the registration, you will receive a $3 credit, and your friend will receive a $15 credit.

Step 3: After your friend completes the first valid purchase (Order placed and delivered), you will receive an additional $12 credit.

How do your friends use your invitation link?

Step 1: They need to click the invitation link from you to download the PlantStory App.

Step 2: Open the PlantStory App to complete the registration and receive credits.

Notes:

Please make sure that they navigate to the App Store or Google Play to find and download PlantStory via your Invitation link.

How to check my referral status?

• Go to Settings to find the Referral banner and then click Status

How to manually exchange referral credit?

If your Buyer referral credit was not automatically redeemed, you can redeem it again by entering the invitation code

• Your Profile > Settings > Referral Banner > Click the 'Did a friend refer you?' link > Enter the referral code > Apply
• How to find the referral code?: For example, if the referral link is ​https://www.plantstory.app?buyer_referral_code=12345678, '12345678' is the code you need to enter.

How to use credit?

• When you place an order, the credit will be automatically applied.
• The referral credit can only be used for the subtotal amount of any orders purchased in the LIVE Sale or Marketplace, excluding shipping or taxes. Referral credit cannot be used for orders designated for local pickup.

Rules of the PlantStory Buyer Referral Program:

• When your friends use your invitation link to download the PlantStory App and complete the registration, you will receive $3, and your friends will receive $15.
• After they complete the first valid purchase (Order placed and delivered), you will receive an additional $12.
• If any abuse or fraudulent activities are detected in relation to the referral program, your rewards will be removed from your account.
• The referral bonus is capped at $200 per candidate.

The interpretation of this Buyer Referral Promotion is attributed to PlantStory.

Termination and Changes

1. PlantStory retains the right to suspend or terminate the Program or a user's participation in the Program at its discretion and without prior notice.
2. If we detect any abusive, fraudulent, or Terms of Use violations in relation to the referral program, we may suspend accounts or remove credits. We also reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activity, and we may suspend accounts or modify referral activity in a manner that we consider fair and appropriate.
3. Please note that the range, variety, and type of services and products available for redemption using credits may be subject to change at any time.
